The relationships we have with our intimate partners offer us a great opportunity for happiness and fulfillment. They can also be incredibly challenging and push us towards growth and surrender in ways that are not always comfortable.
'Listening for Lovers' is for anyone who considers themselves a lover. Whether partnered or not.
It’s an inclusive, sex positive space, held with strict boundaries of confidentiality. A place to safely explore any aspect of relationships and sexuality and discover more about yourself.
I work with individuals or in groups.
You will learn a valuable, lifelong skill you can apply to any relationship and area of life.
There are two elements to this work, whether in groups or working 1:1
1. To learn the art of deep listening, including the brain science behind our emotions.
2. To practice what we learn together and apply it to your life.
Groups are held with no more than 8 people and each person has an equal amount of time for them.
We begin each session by acknowledging and celebrating what’s going well for us.
Each session has a specific focus relating to an aspect of sexuality and relationships. There is never pressure to share more than you are ready to.
The Listening model we work with is trauma informed and helps grow connection, the magic ingredient we all need in order to thrive.
Whether in group work or individual, everyone is very warmly welcomed. Groups bond quickly due to the safe boundaries in which it’s held. It’s a non-judgemental space where you are listened to in a way you may not have experienced before, with deep respect and care.
A six week course of sessions can include the following and can also be formatted according to the specific needs of individuals.
The Body – Early memories and messages.
Releasing trauma and shame – When things didn’t go as we would have liked.
Pleasure – It’s what we were born for.
Asking for our needs to be met – Go on I dare you.
Radiant Love– Yes! That’s you.
Grateful Manifesting – Dare to Dream.
